Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Full Payment & Confirmation

   • To confirm a court booking, full payment must be made at the club or via bank transfer.

   • As a local tennis club, we currently do not offer online booking at this moment.

   • Bookings are not confirmed until full payment is received.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

   • We understand that your plans can change, but last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a big impact on our small business.

   • It also prevents other customers, who are serious about playing at that time, from having the chance to book the court.

   • For this reason, full payment is required for all bookings.

   • Payments are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy

   • Customers may reschedule their booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to an alternative available date.

   • Rescheduling is also allowed in cases of severe rain or unsafe weather (e.g., strong winds).

4. Agreement

   • By making a booking, the customer accepts and agrees to these terms and conditions.

Tennis Racket Hire – Terms & Conditions

1. Deposit Requirement

   • A security deposit of 1,000 THB is required for each racket hire.

   • The deposit will be refunded in full after the return of the racket, provided no damage or misuse has occurred.

2. Proper Use of Racket

   • Rackets must be used only for playing tennis on the court.

   • Customers must not smash the racket on the ground, net posts, or any hard surface.

   • The racket must not be used in any way that may cause intentional or avoidable damage.

3. Damage or Loss

   • If the racket is returned damaged, broken, or with excessive wear caused by misuse, the customer will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

   • Any damage to the tennis court surface, net, or facility caused by improper use of a racket will also be charged to the customer.

   • Repair or replacement fees will be deducted from the deposit. If costs exceed the deposit, the customer is required to pay the balance.

4. Return Condition

   • Rackets must be returned at the end of the court hire session.

   • Normal wear and tear from standard play is acceptable.

5. Agreement

   • By hiring a racket, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
